We field quite a few requests here at the ranch for rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, anniversaries and engagements. The first thing our patrons inquire about is The Terrace Grill. After all, you can't beat the atmosphere or the delicious cuisine created by Chef Brantley and his staff.

What a lot of people don't know is that we have another venue perfect for mid-sized functions of up to 60-70 people. La Cocina, our original restaurant facility, was used for breakfast service and sunset dinners when the resort was first developed and has since been repurposed for special events

If you haven't heard of La Cocina, take a look at this video clip from Good Taste with Tanji. Chef Brantley makes his famous axis venison pizza from scratch in our custom Mugnaini wood-fire pizza oven. Riven Rock Ranch offers a fantastic Tuscan themed dinner complete with a flight of pizzas cooked in the wood-fired oven. It's great for informal dinners and provides a great focal-point for your evening all while overlooking the gorgeous Texas Hill Country landscape.
