Event Details

We are pleased to announce the planting of our first vineyards. The planting is complete for the small, 200 vine demonstration vineyard which is located within the garden center. This small planting consists of Viognier, Merlot, Tempranillo and Negro Amaro grapes and will give our guests some up close and personal contact with the viticultural process.

The second and larger one acre vineyard is also planted. This plot is planted with two different Sangiovese clones. Well situated along the ridge line of our hill top location, this vineyard is perfectly situated to benefit from the southern breezes and the slightly cooler nights we experience in the Texas Hill Country during the summer months.
