Along with our regular menu, The Terrace Grill will be serving "Sweetheart Specials" for dinner Valentine's weekend.  Here they are and they sound very good to me!

Appetizer—New Mexican chile crusted Texas brown Gulf Shrimp served with a dollop of Shiner Bock mashed potatoes, buerre blanc & pomegranate molasses        $12.95

Soup/Salad—Baby spinach tossed in citrus, Dijon & champagne vinaigrette with oranges, sliced red onion and hearts of palm      $8.95

Soup—Fresh Gulf Oyster Bisque with Sambuca, finished with cream        $6.95   

Entrees—Grilled Veal Chop, with Balsamic & black cherry glaze, served with creamy polenta & gingered crew cut carrots $32.95

and

Brick oven seared scallops with shitake sherry cream sauce, served over shitake mushroom risotto and sautéed baby spinach $27.95

For Dessert—Grand Mariner soaked strawberries served over shortcake & topped with Chantilly whipped cream

and

Flourless chocolate Jack Daniels cake topped with Jack Daniels chocolate sauce
