Spring is moving on along for us at the Ranch. The red buds and Bartlett pear trees have bloomed and are leafing out. The plants are just loving this rain and warm weather. With spring and the wonderful weather, we at Riven Rock are preparing for gorgeous spring weddings and our Easter and Mother's Day events. Chef Brantley has produced a wonderful menu full of Easter classics with his delicious spin. This year, Easter will be a little different, with the dinner held in our lovely Terrace Grill Pavilion next to our gorgeous Koi pond and will be held as an elegant buffet to bring our guests more delicious selections. The menu will include a brunch station complete with eggs Bendict and Belgian waffles. Salad/Appetizer standouts include goat cheese tartlets with thyme infused Texas goat cheese and caramelized onions and Chef Brantley's spin on the ambrosia from your childhood.
